Lisa Lendoiro has been with Quantum Leap Farm for ten years, first as a volunteer and then as an instructor. Lisa has a degree from Florida State University in Merchandising and is the Director of Sales Promotion for her family’s company, Devon-Aire Riding Apparel, which furnishes the farm with their protective headgear.

Lisa has been active in the equestrian world for 40 years and brings to Quantum Leap a successful “A” show riding career along with coaching numerous pony club show jumping and dressage rallies. She has also been a teacher for 1st and 2nd grade students and has taught numerous children and adults to ride. Her knowledge of equestrian safety both in and out of the show-ring is a great asset to students and friends who frequent the Farm. Lisa’s passion for horses and gentle teaching methods help give her students a well-rounded education and workout in a fun and stress-free setting.

Lisa’s daughter, Olivia also rides and volunteers at Quantum Leap when she is not in school. Lisa feels that along with daily academic and home responsibilities, Olivia’s work at the farm instills a great feeling of pride, compassion, strength and contribution to the future.
