In addition to her bright smile, Nancy brings a passion for helping others and unique business-savvy to the team at Quantum. She has a long, impressive career path as the former Executive Director of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation (2009-2015) and before that, the Foundation Director at the Tampa Bay Lightning (2004-2009).

Beyond her gifts for non-profit management, she has a heart for people with special needs and began her career in 1976 as a Specific Learning Disabilities teacher in Tampa. Later, her love of kids and interest in health, fitness, and injury prevention inspired her to start MORE HEALTH, Inc., an education program that brings health out of the book and makes it come alive in classrooms. Since the organization’s inception in 1992, over 2 million children have been taught by MORE HEALTH instructors.

Now, building relationships and raising support for Quantum Leap Farm programs allows Nancy to continue to help those with special needs and children with cancer as well as military service members and their families. She’s becoming more comfortable around the farm and has made several new 4-legged friends.

Special hobbies of hers include spending time with friends and family, gardening and exercising. You’re also likely to find her at any local sports arena cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, Bucs and Rays.
