Lee’s career as a fundraiser spans over 27 years, including Vice President of Advancement for the Florida Aquarium, Chief Development officer at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Director of Development for Ruth Eckerd Hall. She earned her Master’s degree in Project Management in 2012 and a double major of Organizational Studies / Non-Profit Management and Human Development in 2000 from Eckerd College. She has held her Certified Fundraising Executive certification since 2002 as well as several other nonprofit and fundraising certifications.
Joining the team in early 2018 as Deputy Director, in this new role Lee will work towards the implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising as well as the organizational operations. Quantum Leap Farm was a natural fit as a horse owner and someone who appreciates the beauty of this outdoor landscape. Helping others and keeping things in order are at the core of her principles.
