| Horse Sponsor ($3,000.00) Horse sponsors are individuals, groups or corporations who help defray the cost of feeding and caring for our therapy horses. Horse sponsors may donate on a monthly basis ($250.00) or on an annual basis ($3,000.00). Horse sponsors are recognized with a brass plaque affixed to their horses’ stall crediting them, or their organization, as that horse’s Sponsor. Please contact us about other benefits of Horse Sponsorship. Pasture Sponsor ($1,000.00)Quantum Leap Farm occupies 10 acres that are divided into four pastures / riding areas. Each costs approximately $4,000.00 per year to maintain. If you choose to help sponsor a pasture, we will affix a highly visible brass plaque to the fence at the entrance to your pasture commemorating you as a Pasture Sponsor. |

Rider Sponsor ($250.00)
Sponsor a rider for 13 lessons and we will affix an attractive brass plate, mounted on a wood plaque commemorating you as a rider sponsor in our grooming area for all to see. |
Irrigation System
As our area experiences drought frequently,
maintaining grass pastures for grazing can be difficult. During drought,
the horses’ grazing time must be reduced so as to moderate wear and tear
on our pastures. Consequently hay and bedding consumption increases, raising
our expenses accordingly. An irrigation system would save us money long-term,
and provide a less dusty and more pleasant environment in which our riders,
volunteers and horses can work. Donors will be commemorated with a conspicuously
placed plaque.
To assure Quantum Leap Farm remains a viable resource for Tampa Bay area handicapped adults in the future, we are raising money for an endowment fund. We hope to accumulate 2.5 to 3 million dollars ultimately. The interest income this amount would generate would fund Quantum Leap’s operating expenses into perpetuity, thereby guaranteeing Quantum Leap’s long-term future and service to handicapped adults.
