Carrots from the Riders

Dear Quantum Leap Farm,

Thank you for all the prayers that you have given to me. All so thank you for all the help that you have given to me. For all the smiles and hugs that you gave to me when I needed them. I have been thinking of all of you guys. I love to ride my best friend and pal Rocky. You guys have changed my life! I have been very blessed to come out to the farm to have my dream to ride Rocky.

Thank you again for making a better person, and who I am today.

Love,
Heather

To all the staff and volunteers at Quantum Leap Farm:

Words alone can’t express our many thanks for everything you have done for our clients, Sean, Melvin and Mark truly enjoyed the horses and riding. We were thrilled to see their progress each week. We look forward to more riding in the future.

Thank you,
Judie – Occupational Therapist
Evelyn – Recreational Therapist
Barbara – Physical Therapist
Robin – Speech Therapist

To All Volunteers:

I want to thank you for helping me put on my helmet and chaps each week. During my lesson I like playing games and doing exercises with whichever horse I may ride.

The best part is giving them their treats after I am done riding.

Your friend,
Lisa

To all who volunteer at
Quantum Leap Farm:

Thank You!!!!

This phrase does not accurately express my gratitude.
Through your efforts and hard work I have been allowed to regain some of the independence that was taken away from me.
Through your generosity and unselfishness I have been shown that I can accomplish things despite my disabilities. Quantum Leap Farm is categorized as a facility that provides “therapeutic and recreational horseback riding for adults with disabilities” but in reality it’s much more than that.
What it really is cannot be described with words.
You have to experience it to understand it.
This “experience” would not be possible without all of you.
Again my heartfelt gratitude.

Ed

To all the volunteers at Quantum Leap Farm:

This is just a little note to thank you for the hard work and dedication you have provided to everyone that comes to Quantum Leap Farm.

As a rider, I am very impressed with all that you do, and the manner in which you do it.

Being associated with a group of dignified and caring people such as yourselves makes me proud.

Of course there are the horses Hanna, Sky, Rocky, Faust and Veda. They are there everyday ready and raring to go (even if they do get tired once in a while).

Thank you once again, especially those who have lifted me on and off horses, led me around in the hot sun, escorted me from the ramp to the stables and so many other things.

Your friend,
Judy

To all at Quantum Leap Farm:

We would like to thank all of your staff, especially your volunteer staff for the work they have been doing with our daughter Shannon. The improvement with her balance and social skills is remarkable. Shannon looks forward to her weekly horseback riding and the Saturday she doesn’t go she seems very disappointed.

One of the many benefits we have achieved since we adopted Shannon, is meeting and interacting with you wonderful people. Words cannot express the appreciation and love we feel for all of you.

Yours truly,
Arthur & Dorothea

Dear Quantum Leap Farm:

Thank you for participating in Mitzvah Day, Sunday, April 28th. Our congregants who worked at your facility had a wonderful experience. We appreciate your efforts to accommodate our needs.

We hope that you will be a part of our 2003 Mitzvah Day.

Thank you again for working with Congregation Schaarai Zedek to create a successful community project day.

Sincerely,
Sherry, Ann, Erica and Stefani
